I really liked the rooftop bar. It has amazing city views from the pool area. I found my room very quiet, and the bed comfortable.
I think more umbrellas are needed by the rooftop pool. There wasn't any shade available.

The restaurant food was good; the breakfast included many options. The rooftop bar opened at 3 PM; it did not serve coffee. I loved the sangria from the can.

The hotel has a central location; it's an easy walk to the city center. I really liked the lift providing direct street access. The hotel boasted magnificent city views! You could easily reach the bus station.

inconsistent cleaningroom rate
I found the room cleaning inconsistent. One day, it was late, and another day, some towels weren't folded properly. also, i requested a slightly later check-out, something i believe is offered to members. unfortunately, they only granted me one extra hour because of supposed availability issues. this felt rather inflexible, especially given the price of the room.

the rooftop pool offered very nice views. the family room included bunk beds, a great setup for young children. the staff were very helpful. the secret door from the street added a unique touch.
the promised room upgrade was not available. it was a slight disappointment.
